Return Policy
Return Period
You may return an eligible product within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any return requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Product Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be currently in stock at our warehouse. If the product is out of stock, we will not be able to process the return. Additionally, any carpet that has been cut or any orders placed directly with the manufacturer are not refundable.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total gross sale. This fee covers the cost of processing, inspecting, and restocking the returned items.
Product Condition
All returned products must be in their original packaging and in undamaged condition. Any products that have been damaged or are not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return.

Stock Verification & Order Cancellation
It is your responsibility to call and verify that the product is in stock before placing an order. If the product is backordered and you choose to cancel the order, a 2.99% processing fee will be deducted. This fee covers Stripe’s processing costs, which are non-refundable from the original transaction.
